Time Capsule Setup ends with Error -4

Hi
I have a started my new time capsule. The Dell is connected to the apple network via time capsule WLAN, air port utility shows me Apple network ... but the setup of time capsule ends tih the information that:
"An error occured while trying to access Apple wireless device. Make sure your network connection is valid and try again. Error -4"

The Time Capsule LED is flashing yellow.
What can I do to run the setup and to connect to the time Capsule?

Can I connect the time Capsule via ethernet cable?

Can anyone help me?

Thanks in advance

Hello,

I also have a Dell D610 and have been trying to configure my new Airport express using the Airport Utility (or Base Station Chooser) and get the same Error. The Dell can see the airport, asks for a password which I enter and then I get this issue regardless of weather I connect to via the wifi or by Ethernet. I've tried to reset the airport to default by holding the button on the side of the unit with no success. This was probably not wise as now I have lost my wireless security.

Is there a compatibility issue with Dell and Apple Airport? Has anyone actually successfully configured an Airport express successfully using a Dell D610?
