Must re-boot to get e-mail

Since installing 2.0.2, I've got to reboot several times a day in order for my iphone 3G to get new e-mail.

It says "connecting" but doesn't get new e-mail. I have 3 different accounts and all were working fine before 2.0.2.

Same here, no problems before 2.02 upgrade and now I just get the connecting pin wheel. Also, the work around force quit does not help. Half the reason I got the phone was for work email, this is ridiculous and needs to be fixed.

Same problem here after 2.0.2. Symptom is a constant spinning of the "dial" but nothing shows up in any of my email accounts. I've taken to turning off the phone every couple of days to reset whatever has stopped working.

Is at least one of those email accounts a POP3 account?

If so this article has more information:

The solution in the article is a workaround and the article will be updated when more information is available.

I also had the same problem for some time.
Today, I removed the silicone skin that I have on mine, and all of a sudden, my issues with email fetching/pushing are gone. Yea, sounds really far-fetched, but so far I have had minimal (if any issues) with getting emails.

I Still have issues with maintaining a 3G connection, but at least I'm getting email transfers, whereas before I too was needing to reboot as well.
