Connect to the Internet by Nokia mobile phone and USB cable: first fails

Hallo there,

I am using a nokia 6110 to connect my macbook to the Internet. It is connected to the computer using the USB cable and I leave it connected to the computer all the time.
The problem happens at the first power on of the computer/os x: I am unable to connect to the Internet because connection attemts always fail.
It is easy to fix: I just need to disconnect and reconnect the USB cable to the macbook, than it works all the day even if the computer goes to STOP status.

Is there any way to have it working always without the need to reconnect the USB cable every time OS X is loaded for the first time?

Nokia phone setup seems fine and I have the last firmware available.

Thank you!

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.5.4), 2.16 GHz Core 2 Duo - 2GB

Thank you for the reply,

I have noticed such nokia feature and I have configured the phone so that every time a USB connection is made it will use PC Suite mode that should be the right one to use the phone like a modem.
I never select the mode when I connect it so when I unplug and plug again the USB cable it works without doing nothing on the phone.

thanks
