7.7.0 downgrade....err upgrade...uhhh downgrade

ok so im one of the ones that got bitten by the 7.7.1 bug of it sending your apps into a freefall by making them drop back to the splash screen and driving YOU the end user insane by reinstalling, installing, backing up from the back up,wiping, rewiping or praying over the thing then swearing at the thing and then when all else fails beating it to death with a hammer, so hammer in hand and on the downstroke i read that almost everyone agrees that downgrading to 7.7.0 will fix all that is wrong with the iphone world so i put my hammer down and go looking for 7.7.0 for windows 64 bit for vista, 3 hours later.....nothing found a ton of links for 32 bit so i ask the question please guys can sombody gibve me a link that will send me to 7.7.0 FOR OR WILL WORK WITH 64 BIT VISTA ??? i know its out there somewhere please guys help me out here ........now wheres that hammer?
