Honestly, I don't think there's any way we can undo this!iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.4)

1) Before connecting your iPhone to your computer, go to iTunes > Preferences > Devices, check the box that says "Disable automatic syncing for iPods and iPhones," and click OK
2) Connect your iPhone
3) When the iPhone appears in the menu on the left under Devices, right-click on it and select "Restore from Backup" on the drop-down menu.
The phone will restore from the last backup and then restart your iPhone. For me, this restored the text messages I was worried I had lost. I hope it works for you!Macbook Pro, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

Any text message since then will be lost.DP2.5 G5 PM 10.4.11,1.9 G5 iMac 10.4.11, MDD G4 10.5.3, G4 iBook,16Gb 3G iPhone, Mac OS X (10.4.11), 3G 20Gb iPod, White 16Gb 3G iPhone
