mpeg4 is making a ticking noise

when i play mpeg4 it makes a ticking noise, i have tried 2 ipod and always the same. this noise is not in the file. try http://www.archive.org/details/AlanKeyD1987.
I have tried different files ??

when i play mov. all is ok ?
