iWeb site suddenly stops working

Hi folks,

I'm tearing my hair out here. I used iWeb to create my business website and bought my domain name www.spokenmotion.co.uk via a company called uk2.net. I use Mobile Me to host the site. I got everything set up with the help of my One-to-One sessions at the Apple Store in London. The other day I was updating and suddenly the site just stopped working when I re-published to my mobile me account. At first I got the dotmac page stating that the page may have been moved, changed, deleted etc but now the web browser doesn't even show this. Safari just says the page can't load.

Strangely, the 'Publish to Mobile Me' button has been greyed out ever since, but the 'Publish all to Mobile Me' one is still clickable. However, re-publishing this way does not help.

Went for another 1:1 yesterday at Apple Store. The guy says everything is fine from Mobile Me perspective. He blamed uk2.net, but everything looks fine on my control panel on their site and absolutely nothing has changed or been tinkered with. I'm using web diversion to send http://web.me.com/spokenmotion/SpokenMotion/Welcome.html to my domain name. UK2 claim the issue is with Mobile Me...but like I say everything seems to be pointing towards each other and the settings haven't been fiddled with.

I am a complete newbie to all of this and would be INFINITELY grateful to anyone who can explain to me what is happening here. Is this yet another screw-up from Mobile Me? The worst part is that my POP3 mailbox attached to this site has now also stopped working, so I'm missing essential emails daily. AAAGH!

I have just launched my business and have 20,000 flyers around London advertising a website and email address which don't work. Egg on my face isn't the word. Any assistance would be gratefully received.

Thanks in anticipation

Ian

Thanks for your prompt reply.

Really stupid question, I know. But what is Apple Support? How do I contact them (I live in Britain)? Is there a charge?

Sorry, but I ordinarily only use my Mac for iTunes and the internet. It was a bold move of me to try and use iLife for my business..way out of my comfort zone I'm sorry for if I sound like a donut.

Kind regards,

Ian
