Connecting to GoToWebinar with webcam
I just purchased a new iMac running OS 10.5.4 with built-in iSight. I am able to connect to a GoToWebinar site fine on my other iMac running OS 10.3.9 (with no webcam connected). The GTW site only supports Mac video with OS 10.4 or higher, so it is a one-way connection where I can see the instructor (and others who can connect when she turns it over to them), but they can never see me.
On my new iMac, I can't even connect to the GoToWebinar site. My iSight is working fine; I can videochat with a buddy on AOL IM. I called the GTW folks and they seem stumped (the Mac expert is away for a few days). I have Java enabled, firewall is not blocking any sites. I tried Firefox, Explorer, Safari, and Camino (downloaded at the advice of the GTW techie I spoke with last night).
Has anyone out there successfully connected to this site for a videoconference using an iMac with my configuration? Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated!
