When Exporting Keynote to Quicktime video stutters

I'm using Keynote 08 to make a slide show with video that i want to export to Quicktime 7.5

When i export it, the video stutters or is very choppy...

any suggestions. I'm desperately in need of help

Macbook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.4)
