Where is the none button?!

Alright. I want to edit my billing information.
I DO NOT have a credit card.
The FAQ says all I have to do is click the 'None' button.
WHAT NONE BUTTON?!
I'm sorry, but I've searched that bloody page up and down and side to side. There is no 'None' button. So now i have 40 bucks worth of Itunes cards sitting here just itching to be spent.
And I can't use them?
Because there's no 'None' button, like there should be? Please, direct me to the right page if I'm on the wrong one, because I really wanna get some music.

Here's what I've been doing:

Login->"Your Apple ID has not been used! Review your info!"->Go to review billing info->Search, search, search...No none button!

Am I on the wrong page for this? This is about the only page I can get to at this point.

I don't know what none button, either, because I don't know what you're seeing.

However. Have you tried the directions in the section
*I want to create an account with my card, but don't want to enter a credit card.*

from this page to redeem your gift cards? Scroll down to almost the end of the page.

Also if you are non-USA, there have been oodles of problems with gift cards.
You might need to use the "Contact Us" button on that page if Apple's directions don't work.
