Hi all,

I am having a problem with my keyboard where keys are not working. When i go the the request repair page, the serial number is not being recognized. Any Ideas?

I suppose if you must find the serial number of the keyboard itself you could do what I have resorted to doing which is to use a lighted magnifying glass. They are either making the numbers smaller or my eyes are getting worse.

Please be aware that the keyboard, even if purchased separately, is covered by the AppleCare coverage, if any, of the machine it is used on.

I am having the same problem with the "h" key. Some times it works and some other it doesn't. I wonder if it is just moisture or dust in it.... I did bought it seperately from my computer on which I have bought AppleCarePP. Should I just go to the store to get a new one as a replacement?????? O yea the keyboard is an Aluminium Bluetooth one.
