Localization doesn't work..

Hi

I've released recently an app with english, german, french and italian localization but if I change the international language from german to english the app shows only in german.

Where's the mistake?
I've put the localized.strings in the specified folders (e.g. en.lproj) and so on.

Should I include the main.xib?

I've programmed all the other code without interface builder.

Look at the .plist files in project builder. they should show the languages as children. You can add the localizations to the files from their 'Get Info' context menu. I think there is more than just the directory structure at play in xcode.

Hm, the files were localized. So, I decided to delete the *.lproj folders and reattached it.
And it works now in the simulator and iPhone.

I hope it will be correct in the AppStore.

I didn't get this to work in my next application...
It's showing only the string tags.

I don't know why.
How do you made this to work?

I created two folders (de.lproj and en.lproj)
Created localized.strings with strings on it.
Drag & Drop it to Xcode.

The file name should be Localizable.strings. It's been working for me properly with the NSLocalizedString() macro.

Hi,

same problem for me.
I solved it by doing "Clean All All Targets", after this it works.
