Go Dawgs!
That's not what Cocoa Booklet is for.
Why not create your own template?
1. The first thing is to take a blank sheet of paper and fold it the way you want the card to be and, while folded, mark each quadrant as to what you want to be there: cover, inside message, back outside, so that when it is opened you can see which quadrants are which and which are upside down. Don’t worry about the upside down part. We’ll take care of that later.
2. Start your layout with a blank Layout template and set the page size to Legal in File > Page Setup. Chose the orientation to coincide with your blank “dummy.” Be sure Rulers are showing. (View menu.)
3. Click and hold in the left side ruler and drag a blue, non-printing guide line to the halfway point .Click in the top ruler and drag a guideline to the other halfway point. You now have your quadrants marked off. At this point save as a template (File menu). (You will need to make separate dummies and templates for vertical or horizontal cards.)
4. In your new template, and referring to your dummy, insert into the corresponding quadrant a graphic or text box (or both) for the cover (front outside) page. Arrange as you wish.
5. For the inside page do the same. Now here’s where we take care of the upside down part: If there are several objects, click on one and shift click the others so that all “handles” are showing and Group them in the Arrange menu.
6. Go to the Metrics Inspector, and with the grouped objects selected, click on the up arrow in the bottom right corner. The one that says “Flip.” This will flip your grouped objects upside down. (If you need to edit later, a double click will turn it right side up so you can make changes. A click outside the graphic with invert it again.)
7. Repeat 5 & 6 for any other upside down quadrants.
8. Print.
It’s easier than it sounds. You can do it.
