Does Numbers allow a new line to be created inside a cell?

I would like to make a formula as follows where \n = new line

=CONCATENATE(B2+1,"\nThis is a new line of text")

If we enter a new line character in an empty cell then ask to a formula like =CODE(B) to return the code of the character, we get the value 8232.

So, to achieve your goal, use
=CONCATENATE(B2+1,CHAR(8232),"This is a new line of text")
