Hi, I have an ipod shuffle 2nd generation 1gb. It will not show up in the devices list on itunes but the disc shows up on my mac desktop? I have tried resetting the ipod manually on the ipod itself, and also with ipod reset utility where it isn't recognized either- as the reset button on utility isn't highlighted!! Has anyone got any ideas?

Yours with Thanks,
Barry, Belfast Northern Ireland.

Guess what... you do NOT have a genuine Apple iPod shuffle!
