Can anyone tell me if there is a quick and easy way to switch to subscript/superscript and back to normal? I'm trying to take notes in Chemistry to no avail. Is it program dependent?
The two things I would suggest would be an Equation Editor, or a macro in MS Word. I thought there use to be one but I could not find it in MS Word or Appleworks.
Yes, application specific. If TextEdit, you can assign a hot key to TextEdit->Format->Font->Baseline->uperscript or subscript using System Preferences->Keyboard & Mouse->Keyboard shortcuts. If MS Word, then use the Equation Editor as suggested by Mark.
Thanks, I'm using Journler and OpenOffice, though :/ I'll go post on the forum for those programs unless anyone knows offhand how to do it for either of those two programs.
