Time change when I sync with my Sony Ericsson K800i

hello everyone,
I have recently noticed an interesting problem when I sync my powerbook with my phone. All of the times on my phone sync, they are just moved ahead 1 hour. So if I have an appointment at 5 it then becomes 4. Has anyone heard of this before? Any ideas how I can avoid showing up 1 hour early for all of my appointments after syncing?
