Rename Library

I recently got a new Mac and I would like to run my iTunes library from it. I have moved the old Mini Mac into the other room and I have an Apple TV. When I access my podcasts, movies and songs from the ATV it says Mini Music, which is the name of the library when I used the Mini Mac. I would like to rename the library so I can avoid any confusion between which computer the library resides on. Is this possible?
