Home Button Broken

My home button completely does not work. the only way to go home is to completely turn it off and back on. if I take it to an apple store, will they replace it?

iPod touch 8gb, Other OS

The iPod has not even been around for 1 year. The warrenty covers for one year. So yes bring it to you apple store to swap it. to find an Apple Store near you click the link, www.apple.com/retail
