Why do they even have AppleCare????

I have been on the phone with AppleCare trying to get answers regarding Keynote the past 2 days and it is an absolute joke. They don't seem to have answers for anything. Honestly, I love almost all of my Apple products and software, but the support when have questions on something is utterly ridiculous.

Is there any other place to get support besides these forums?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.4)

The forums are the best place as far as I know. What is your problem exactly?

Tom Thanks for getting back to me. I'm trying to make a slideshow in Keynote to export to Quicktime.

What I'd like to do is get the slides with text to pause so that they can be read.

Slide 1: Text
Slide 2: Video
Slide 3: Text
Slide 4: Video
Slide 5: Text
Slide 6: Video

Then have the video play as soon as it's transitioned. When i lengthen the slide duration exporting it to Quicktime the video pauses. Anyway to get around this?
