Apps crash on iPhone 3G

Suddenly, the Apps crash on my iPhone 3G. Restarting the iPhone does not help.
Running any App Store application crashes and goes back to the menu screen.

Any suggestions?

Just installed vSNAX update before this happened. Deleting this app did not help.

Should I reset the iPhone to factory condition and then re-sync? Do I need to do this from iTunes, or is there a way to do this from the iPhone?

Is anyone else having this sort of problem?

Any help is appreciated.

My Nephew & I have the new 3G iphone and started having the same problem last week after updating to 2.0.2 we have tried erasing all apps and reinstalling just one, but it still crashes. All Music also seems to 'dissapear' after a minute or so after syncing.

My daughters itouch has not been updated to 2.0.2 (runs 2.0) and does not have any problems, even though it has the music and iphone apps downloaded from the same computer.

Have you tried restarting the iPhone after uninstalling all your apps through iTunes?

It fixes my "No Music" error on my iPhone, meaning my music comes back.

After that I can usually start installing a small number of apps but it occasionally comes back.

Fingers crossed this is fixed on Sept 9.
