Delete your own account?

Hey crew... just a quick question that's puzzling me.
I'm passing on the ol' grape iMac to a friend, and I want to delete my own account and make one for her, without doing a clean reinstall (which is no picnic on a G3, mind you).

Not sure how to go about this.
Thanks!

Hello and welcome to  Discussions.

This is very straight forward. In System Preferences > Accounts click on the + sign and create a new account for her. Make sure to give it Admin privileges.
Once satisfied it works by logging into it, then by the same procedure, select your account and hit the - (minus) sign to delete your original. This will delete your old Home folder and all files and documents that you created in it.

Remember to pass on the disks to the new owner.
