I cant log into my itunes account for music

I can not seem to log in or even view the itunes store, i have tried updating to the new version of the itunes and that didnt help either...so should i just delete my whole program of itunes..and create a new account ..but will i delete my songs if i do that ? any help please thanks 🙂
