My iPod touch hang (apple logo stays all time). There is no response when press + hold home button. After i press + hold sleep/wake button, the apple logo goes off and restart and then the logo stay again for hours without response.
Appreciate if someone can enlighten me the solution.
p/s: i try to connect to itunes, it can't detect existance of ipod Touch too.
I'm having this exact same problem. Its happened twice before and I got it to work again, but not this time. I can't remember what I did to make it work. Plus what I can remember is not working. So frustrating!
try putting your ipod touch into dfu mode by holding the sleep/wake button and home button for 10 seconds, then let go of the sleep/wake button (make sure it is connected to your computer) and continue to hold the home button for 10 to 15 seconds or until itunes reads it as an ipod touch in recovery mode that needs to be restored, if you need more help on this just go to youtube and type in dfu mode in the search field
Thanks for your tips, however, before reading your reply, i have sent my iPod Touch back to Apple for diagnosing, according to them, my case is complicated, they may replace it with new one.
