Select all locked files in folder

Hello,

On my Nikon cameras I can push a button to protect an image, this is a very fast and convenient way of selecting the keepers i want in camera, saving downloading the whole card to the comp and then trying to edit the selection down.
My question is, can i use automator to go through the memory card and pull out only images that are locked, copy them to a preset folder and then unlock them?
This would save me precious minutes on a job when its vital i get the pictures sent out as fast as possible.
I've tried looking at "find finder items" and "get specified finder items", but theres not a selectable variable for whether the file is locked (not surprising).
Does anyone know a way I can do this?
Grateful for any help,

Matt

Open the Script Editor in the /Applications/AppleScript/ folder and run the following:

tell application "Finder"
duplicate (every file of entire contents of folder "name of card" whose locked is true) to folder "targetfolder"
set locked of every item of folder "targetfolder" to false
end tell

Create a folder named targetfolder on the desktop before running the script.
