Ebay Application

On the ads for the upgrade to 2.0 they show an App for Ebay, but when I search Apps I only get an App for Paypal. Possibly because I am in Canada it is not available?

Also I have been reading discussion on Truphone. If I search it, I get a title to click on but the search result comes back empty? Any idea why?
