printing to shared Brother QL-570 - how to find drivers

I am trying to print to a shared Brother QL-570. When I plug the printer in directly to my computer via USB, it automatically loads the drivers and works. However when I add the printer via sharing from another computer, the drivers are not available in the list of printer drivers to use. This driver is not part of the standard OS X set of drivers, but was added later. Is there any way to allow OS X to find this driver.
