Quicktime Error 66559 driving me nuts

Hi

I'm trying to get movies to stream. I put the URL in and open the URL in Quicktime (I have Quicktime Pro 7, and the latest Mac OS). After a long wait, I get the same error message each time.

Error -66559, internet appears to be online. Well duh, I hope the internet is online. But the error message tells me nothing as to what is wrong with Quicktime.

I even bought QT Pro thinking it would help but it didn't. Same error. Any clues? Thanks.

I thought maybe it's a firewall thing, but I don't know what goes on there. I didn't set up our home computers. It's a wireless connection but the USB is plugged into my machine. Thanks

same thing happens with me. I've already reinstalled and everything. Even streaming movies/ads from the Apple website is affected. However if i do plug my laptop through the ethernet internet connection, everything works perfectly. But when i pull the cable out and rely on our wifi connection, no movie/ads stream, quicktime can't connect to the internet and i get error -66559. help pleaseee!!!
