Can't move music to new user

I have a G5 with two users set up both as admins. One user has all our music available in itunes. How do I get the other user to access all the music too? I don't want to just share the music, because I want to control it via my iphone using 'remote' and have it play via my airport express. I've tried changing the itunes music folder location and consolidating, but I can't seem to get it to work. Can anyone point me to an idiot's guide?
