Iphone stuck at apple logo screen, Won't restart, or show up in Itunes!!!

I was texting, then the screen froze(ever since the 2.0 update it has froze many times so I thought nothing of it), then I tried to do a restart(hold sleep, and home button for 10 seconds), then it never restarted. It stayed at the apple logo screen forever. It wont show up in Itunes. I don't know what to do.

Any ideas?

new mac, Mac OS X (10.4.10), Iphone

yeah mine was doing that too.. its some kind of software that you have (an app probably)

so plug in your iphone to the computer and hold down the home and sleep button (like a restart) but when the apple logo shows back up, let go of the sleep button but keep holding the home button and then you'll have to do a full restore...

I just tried restoring, but then it said "The iPhone "Jake's Iphone" could not be restored. An unknown error occured(0xE8000035)."

Now what?

well when you did that did the little plug and itunes thing come up on your iphone? then you should pull up itunes and it should let you start a restore...

No little plug....I hold down sleep and home button, it shows up in itunes(i let go of sleep button, then keep holding home button) I clicked restore then that happened....But if I let go of all buttons, I get the beachball in itunes, and it ejects my iPhone....

ok well its worked for me... idk... try exiting itunes while your doing it, but keep it plugged into the computer... and keep holding down the home button until the plug thing appears on your iphone..
