80gb Classic refuses to load iTunes videos

I recently purchase 3 tv shows and 5 music videos from iTunes for my brand new classic. I originally received an error INSTANTLY upon syncing that the following 7 items could not be sync because they could not be played on this iPod, in other words only one of the tv shows loaded. So heres a list of everything I've done:
Checked that my iPod software was updated (which it was)
Updated Quicktime (so I could preview the videos in iTunes)
Called Customer Care
Updated iTunes
Restored my iPod
Tried to convert files (cannot be done with iTunes files)
Tried to manually transfer files
Emailed iTunes (they told me to look on the discussion boards?????)
Deauthorized and reauthorized my iPod
emailed iTunes again
Exchanged my iPod
Still not fixed. Now my iPod has 1 tv show, refuses to load the 5 music vids, and my other 2 shows dont transfer AND dont appear in the error message so they are in limbo. Itunes support has been no help, does anyone know what I can do to fix this issue?
