Ringer stopped working

odd, mine just stopped working too.

what's going on here?

Mine stopped working, too, and here's how I fixed it:
on the upper left corner of the phone is a tiny metal capsule-shaped button. I just flipped it to the right (so the red dot was not showing) and no longer had a, uh, dead ringer.

I'm having the same problem, My phone will vibrate, but does not audibly ring. The silent switch is not set, If i go into the settings menu and try to change the ringer, none of the sounds play, like the ringer files are missing. after I reset the phone they work again, for a while... than back to the same silent mode.... All other sounds work flawlessly, music plays, keyboard clicks away and voicemail, and text alerts come through, it's just the ringer that's problematic.
Is your problem similar?
