iTunes "Report A Problem" Form Not Working

I am having some trouble getting a gifted album to send. I have attempted to send it to 2 of my email addresses also with no success. iTunes does show it as a purchase. I tried to report a problem by going into my account settings and clicking on the "Report A Problem" button, but the button just disappears and no form is presented. I have attempted this on two computers (1 Mac and 1 PC) with the same results. I have also seen the same complaints when doing a Google search. Is this something Apple is looking into?

G5, Mac OS X (10.5.4)

Hi!

I am having the same problem. I had to go into the actual album and report a problem with each individual song. It put those 2 songs back into my download folder, my download still isn't working, but I thought I'd save you the frustration of looking!!

I tried that already. There is really no place to report the problem with the "Report a Problem" form and if I choose that the gift didn't reach the intended recipient, it just tells me how to resend (not an answer if you read my initial problem).

Actually you can. Just put in your information and enter in the problem at the bottom of the form. Unless something's broken with the form today, that should work; it always has for me. The Info pane is just that; information that might help in some circumstances. The reporting should still work.

Sorry, I don't see the correct Category and Sub-Category to place this issue. If you choose, "iTunes cards and codes --> My gift didn't reach the recipient", you are told to use the "Resend" button in iTunes. There is a form that appears at the bottom of the page, but that is for gift card purchases, not Gifted Albums/Songs.

Sorry, I don't see the correct Category and Sub-Category to place this issue

As Dave suggested, then do not select any of them.

You kind of have to... The form does not allow any other information to be entered besides your contact info unless you select the proper category and sub-category.

Then use *iTunes cards and codes* --> *My gift didn't reach the recipient*.
The Activation code & serial number & Purchased from are not required.

Fill in the *Purchased from* with the _iTunes store_ and add comments below then send it.

If you do not want to do that for some reason, then good luck!
