3G Speed - 2.1 in Arlington VA

Anyone else experiencing slower 3G speeds after the 2.1 update? My usb modem is getting 100+ kbps better speed than the iphone 3G 2.1. On 2.0.2 I was getting very consistent speeds across the two devices.

Anyone else?
