Iphone won't record greetings

I just set up my iphone voicemail today with password and started recording my greeting after I was finished my brother just called me before I was able to save the greeting, since then I was not able to record any greetings at all. I have reseted my voicemail like a million times already but it still is no able to record anything for greeting only goes to default. I have already tried to leave a message and it works as well as calling my iphone with another phone which works except the record button.
