assigning shares with guest access rights

I need to assign an afp volume that has guest access via Workgroupmanager to my users.
I have only two possibilities in WGM either to assign name and password of the user or not..
If I don't assign name and pwd the login box appears when the user logs in and there I could click on guest access but that is not helpful.
Yes, I made shure that guest access of the share is on, I can login as guest via command -K
Can someone help me on this one, please?
