Dead pixel on Ipod Nano Screen

I just found that my 4G white Nano has at least two dead pixels on the lcd screen. They are bright white spots, and quite annoying.

The stupid Apple tech support just asked me to restore my Nano to factory condition, and the dead spots are still there. The stupid woman just disconnected my call. I have to wait for another 15 minutes to get hold to some human being to talk.

I paid a premium price, and I demand premium product and service. Apple sacks!

I had deal pixels on my mobile once and was able to refund it. Last year i had dead pixels on my PC TFT LCD Monitor and PC World refused to refund it as they said it wasnt covered in the stores warranty and was completely up to the manufacturer... so we went to another PC World and they suprisingly refunded the monitor (strange)...

All LCD screens on all products are prone to dead pixels, it's all down to the way they are manufactured and Apple should know this. You should be entitled to a refund- but it unfortunately depends on their 'deal pixel policy'- if they even have one.
