Which iPod Speaker Dock with 3rd Gen (non-Nano)??

I have an older 3rd Gen iPod with a dock and am looking for a portable speaker system with built-in dock for charging. I would like to be able to run off batteries (built-in rechargable or supplied). I would like one that is fully compatible with the dock in my iPod. I was about to get the Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere, but the fine print says 3rd Gen iPods are only usable through the Aux Input via the iPod's headphone jack. Can anyone provide a list of "good" speakers to use with an older iPod? Thanks.
