How to convert pages docs to pdf

Hi everybody,
I need to convert some files that I created using pages to PDF so when I sent the files to a windows user they will be able to open.

A quick search for "PDF" in the Pages Help returns nine entries.

The 3rd one is entitled:
Exporting a Document for Use in Another Application
The 5th one is entitled:
Exporting to Other Document Formats
The 9th one is entitled:
Saving a Document

These three entries respond to your question.
