Hi,

First off, you do need to enable disk use on the iPod in iTunes. Then, open the program on your computer used to create the notes. On Windows XP I'd recommend using Notepad (Start > All Programs > Accessories > Notepad). Once the file has been created in Notepad, click your File menu and choose Save As... which opens the Save dialogue box. From the Location drop-down menu, navigate to your iPod's hard drive and select the Notes folder. Enter a file name, and click Save.
