Hi Dogus,

"...but access music support says that its about both of my macs."

Eh.. sorry, what is about both of your macs? I don't understand... have you installed any drivers or other software for it? And what do you mean by the plugin? It is hardware thingy, right? Have you followed installation instructions? How have you wired it?
On their website they claim full Logic 8 support, so it should work...

regards, Erik.

Hi Dogus...

i have used a Virus TI Polar and now the snow on three different macs for many (many) projects as have a lot of my colleagues... i beta tested their new OS so have used it at every stage and bar a few teething problems the whole system works flawlessly.

there is no reason the whole thing shouldn't work on a PPC G4 if it is installed and configured correctly.

we really need more info and for that info to be a little more detailed to help 😉 come back with some in depth data about the issue and im sure you'll get a solution from someone.

hello again..

I installed drivers the way they explain in the guide. But virus ti snow only works like a soundcard now. In logic and ableton when i try to select virus ti snow in mixer section Logic quits unexpectedly..same for ableton. It works fine as a soundcard but i cannot reach the sounds in it. Im using Leopard with mac pro and when i try to open control center of virus ti also quits unexpectedly...and same with macbook pro which i use Tiger. Access music support told me that the problem can be in installation of the virus ti but im sure that i installed it correctly. They also told me that the problem can be with the Macosx installation. but with both macs ?.. Well i just installed mac pro from my macbook pro via firewire. that can be in a way.
