INVALID_VOBU_DURATION_ERROR

Need a little help with this one please.

I'm using DVD Studio Pro 4.2.1 to assemble a series that include 2 separate DVD's and 4 total parts. Each DVD has a first play video track that end jumps to a menu. The menu has two buttons that each targets a track. Each tracks has been "assembled" in DVD Studio Pro with an "intro" mov file, "body" mov file, "credits" mov file all in the same track. I've placed chapter markers in DVD Studio Pro for each track.

The first DVD Muxes and burns just fine. The second DVD gives me this error message: INVALID VOBU_DURATIONERROR and stops the process. The only files that are different from disc 1 and disc 2 are the "body" mov files and the "credit" mov files. So why will one burn and not the other?

Thank you for your help.
