Taking screen picture...saved to where?

I was using the keystroke commands to capture the screen and the resulting .jpg would save to the desktop.. but now when I take a pic I have no idea where the pic is going!

Any ideas out there

You can also set that with TinkerTool (freeware). BTW, the location is stored in the com.apple.screencapture.plist file, under location. If location isn't in that plist, you can add it with this terminal command:

*defaults write com.apple.screencapture location <path to where you want them stored>*

There's a chance that the plist doesn't exist unless you've modified some stuff such as default screenshot type. If that's the case, then you'll have to create it.
