Dashboard stickies

Question

Dashboard stickies

I accidentaly deleted an important sticky on dashboard. I should be able to restore it with time machine, but I can't find the file "StickiesDatabase" in any earlier version. Where can it be ?

Dashboard stickies aren't stored in StickiesDatabase. They're in ~/Library/Preferences/widget-com.apple.widget.stickies.plist, which should be backed up (as should StickiesDatabase, if it exists).

How do I import from the stickies database to stickies and take a back up.
I lost all and will probably not use stickies ever again.
