Macbook Rebooting when opening lid.

I have a mid 2007 Black MacBook 2.16Ghz. It is completely stock with 1GB of apple RAM and 160GB HD. When ever it sleeps for an extended period of time it will not wake up. Usually when I open the lid it just reboots spontaneously. Sometimes it give different errors and locks up while waking also. While using it and just disabling sleep and not closing it works perfectly! Here is a log that I was able to get from it

Yeah, Ive repaired permissions. I've installed Leopard and Tiger about 6 times. Ive booted from and external disk. Changed HD, changed RAM, installed windows in Bootcamp.. still does the same thing. The guy I bought it from said that he had previously sent it to Apple for repairs while in warranty, would that extend the warranty if they didnt fix the problem?

Yeah, ive been there once and they didnt do half the troubleshooting I did and just racked up under "Needing a new logic board" Which is a fix all and I wanted to see if there was a way I might be able to find the actual issue. Oh well, they quoted me a flat rate of 280.00 to fix what ever the problem maybe as long as it isnt water damage or anything like that. Which is not case it is in perfect condition. Thanks everyone who helped
