Is there such a thing as Sony Vegas for mac?
I love iMovie and all but Vegas looks like an amazing program.

Macbook, Mac OS X (10.5.4)

To my knowledge, there is no version of Vegas made for the Mac OS. However, since you have an IntelMac, if you install the Windows OS on another partition of your boot drive (see BootCamp), you may be able to run Vegas under Windows on your Mac. But I'd first check the requirements of Vegas to see if that might work.

    hey there rose-x,
have you considered Apple's Final Cut Express? does just about everything Final Cut Pro does & when you throw in GarageBand, iDVD & the rest of the iLife suite, your Mac can be a very powerful & capable NLE. or you can follow David's suggestion & run Boot Camp & Windows.

    good luck.
