Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply

Any advice? I know it's not an apple product, but has anyone else ran into an issue simply opening PocketMac Sync Manager? It just hangs and I have to force quit. Even after several reboots.
I've also bought the PocketMac and it keeps on hanging everytime I start the program. Is it a 10.5.5 issue?? I am thinking of getting back a refund from PocketMac if this doesn't work.. any luck ?
Just to let you know. pocketmac can give you instructions to do a complete uninstall (manually) and then reinstall after that. There's also some forums out there that can help with that process. I did that and finally it works now.
