CPU Usage extremely high & TimeMachine doesn't backup with TimeCapsule

Hi guys,

since I did the recent system or security update for my MBP 15", my computer is now running constantly with the fans blowing. TimeMachine doesn't work with my TimeCapsule anymore. In fact, the status bar icon is now spinning forever and saying prepare backing up, while when cicking on the TM button in the Dock, the MBP only shows the message: "Trying to connect to backup volume..." But nothing happens. Also when trying to connect to TC via Finder, I get into the HDD but can't go farer than the first folder level without finder shutting down.

Regarding the fans, Activity Monitor is showing that "% User" up and above 90% of the CPU, leaving the little graph next to it filled out in green.
At the moment Finder seems to be responsible for it, but sometimes in the program list above no program is actually using more than 10%, but leaving the "% User" still up there.
Anyone an idea how to fix this or is it possible to undo an update.

Have a similar problem also with my MacBook, while TM with TC works fine, fans run constantly, "% User" very high, usually no program responsible for that even though I just saw that Firefox had been allocated 116% of CPU usage (but this is the first time).

Thanks for any help in advance. Its really a pain....

Best regards,
a desperate RigoX...
