Re-conditioning my iPhone 2G

My iPhone is in desperate need of some cosmetic re-conditioning; specifically the rear panel and antenna cover, I've been searching high and low for both parts or someone that could replace them for me but I've yet to find anyone selling the rear panel (with "small parts"). Are Apple able to re-condition the handset for me at all? Or can anyone tell me where to find the replacement parts I seek? (that actually has them in stock!).
