Yellow squares after update to Leopard

I was a long time Tiger user. And there was no problem with video on my MacBookPro.

But after installing on clean device Leo I have random yellow squares on my display now and I can to screenshoot them.
There for I think this is no hardware problem but software problem.

My display is appears like this:

The squares are yellow with transparent gradient.

Did any body have the same problems? Where should I find the solution?

All device tests are passed good.

if you can repro it fairly easy, take it into your local apple store. it could be a GPU issue, in which case a logicboard replacement may be required. if the computer is under warranty, it won't cost you a cent to replace. otherwise it's about $1000 to fix, unfortunately.

let's hope it's simply a setting adjustment within the OS.

I have the same symptoms on my MBP, and they started with version 10.5.4. It seems to happen after I use Photoshop for some period of time and the GPU heat rises into the mid- to upper-60C range.
I believe these problems are all related.

These yellow display artifacts are killing me as they seem to be getting worse. My machine is not overheating, its not due to photoshop and it happened after upgrading to leopard. I need to know what is causing this before I undergo the expense of a new graphics card.

Yep, same here... artifacts and sometimes screen freezes...

I still have this problems with my MBPro after 10.5.6 update. There is no any changes for me.
